WeAreCube is a creative and strategic agency working with some of the biggest brands in the Nordic market, within People-based marketing and cross-channel strategies. We are currently looking for an inspiring leader with a consultative approach and trustworthy personality to join our Stockholm team. We believe our next Brand Partnership Director is someone with a grounded understanding of marketing, who is highly business-minded, has strong leadership skills, and who thrives when meeting with clients.

Your role would be to support your team in building relationships with new clients, as well as nurturing existing ones. You would act as a rock; someone for the team to lean on, with a consistent desire to challenge both your coworkers and our offer as an agency.

What you will do on a daily basis:

  • Lead a team consisting of Brand Partnership Managers
  • Take responsibility for your team’s budget
  • Be involved in creating strategies for our clients and potential new clients together with the client teams
  • Support the team in their everyday work
  • Ensure that the team has the right competence and tools to meet the client’s needs
  • Be a driving force in developing our offer and business and how to grow our retained customers
  • Use your existing network as well as build new relationships with clients/media agencies to grow the customer base

We are looking for an individual with…

  • A degree in marketing, sales, or equivalent professional experience
  • Approx 3-5 years experience in marketing, preferably from an agency
  • A minimum of 3 years experience leading a team
  • Experience in media-, communication-, influencer marketing- or in-house agency work and strategies
  • Excellent communication skills; the ability to inspire, align and execute both in writing and orally * Experience in e-commerce, paid social or ROI strategies, in general, is something we value highly
