CFO (STHLM) +

COMPANY INTRODUCTION

We work across multiple platforms and tailor our recommendations to match the client, brand and brief. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
The role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Analysing and monitoring internal processes (your responsibility)
    As CFO of WeAreCube, you will be responsible for critically assessing, evaluating, monitoring and performing calculations on the company’s internal processes from a financial perspective. These responsibilities will be at the national level as well as for WeAreCube as an international group. You will be distinguishing cost-effective processes from those that are not and providing follow-up points and proposals for how to improve these processes. You understand and know how to work with lean and agile processes.
  • Negotiating agreements (your responsibility)
    You have experience critically reviewing agreements between the company and clients/suppliers in Swedish and English as well as negotiating contractual items.
  • Conducting financial analyses of the company and being responsible for the budget (your responsibility)
    You should have a robust familiarity with Excel, which you can use to create and monitor budgeted expenses and create relevant reports for the board of directors, management and employees. You will be creating templates and tools that make it easier for the rest of the company to carry out its processes. You will be responsible for keeping expenses on budget and reducing expenses.
  • Developing external strategies (shared responsibility)
    You will be supporting the rest of the company’s management in developing external strategies, the company’s positioning in the market and its pricing. In the next few years, the company intends to focus on taking the brand to the international level while never compromising on quality. In the long run, the role will likely entail direct management of the company’s future controllers.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for someone with a few years’ experience in financial planning, either as a controller or CFO. Your educational background should be in finance (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree). You have excellent social skills, and you are the one people turn to when they need help with creating a report in Excel. You have an excellent understanding of accounting and are able to review and draw conclusions from balance and earnings reports without difficulty. You have been dreaming about being part of an entrepreneurial environment in which you can have a real impact in a company. You thrive in environments where no one feels a task is beneath them and where the team works together to develop smarter ways to provide value. You are able to communicate fluently using financial terms in Swedish and English, verbally as well as in writing. INFLUENCER MARKETING STRATEGIST (CPH) +

influencer marketing. Our focus is on our creators, and as an agency, we strive to ensure that we
deliver the best marketing campaigns. We work across platforms with our clients and tailor our
recommendations to the client, brand and brief.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The role includes the following responsibilities:

Client responsibility
You will be responsible for your own clients and both Danish as well as Nordic budgets.
We prefer you to have a creative and process minded approach to handling clients. We
expect you to be able to assist your colleagues in the process of developing great creative
presentations in both Denmark and the rest of the Nordic markets.
We expect that you will be able to deliver creative and innovative digital brand strategies
for our clients and assist them in developing 360 degree campaigns for their products
and/or markets. You are expected to obtain your sales budget every month with a mix of sales to both
existing and new clients.

Nordic markets
We expect that you will take responsibility in cultivating new clients across all Nordic
markets in close collaboration with your Swedish colleagues.

You are
Responsible and independent. We expect that you keep yourself ajour with a market in
rapid growth and has great know how within using CRM systems where you track your
clients, pipeline and budget

THE IDEAD CANDIDATE
We are looking for a person with a minimum of two years’ experience within sales from an
advertisement-, digital- or media agency and we would like a potential candidate to have been
responsible for their own clients.
You are prepared to enter into a strong team of 14 colleagues in the center of Copenhagen.
We expect you to be ambitious on the behalf of both yourself as well as our agency.
You must master both Danish and English in both writing and speech.

We work across multiple platforms and tailor our recommendations to match the client, brand and brief.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now looking for an intern to our Stockholm office. In your role you will partly be responsible for ensuring that our office maintains great standard for our visitors, clients, staff and creators. You will also work closely with our Talent & PR Team and get a unique network and insight into the exciting world of influencer marketing.

Your internship will include the following tasks (as a basis – we believe in creating the future together!;

– Manage incoming and outgoing mails, parcels and shipments

– Make sure that public spaces such as kitchen, lounges and meeting rooms are representable

– In consultation with the MGMT team, create added value for CUBE’s creators and teams through external collaborations

– Update our showroom with new pieces from our clients

– Help out with product seeding to our creators

– Collect data for Rev:Relations final reports to customer

CLIENT MANAGER (STHLM) +

Vi söker en driven person med erfarenhet inom några av följande områden: influencer marketing, medieförsäljning, sponsorförsäljning, event och/eller marknadsföring. Vi erbjuder en kreativ och flexibel roll i ett ambitiöst och härligt team med högt tempo och tydliga mål.

I rollen som Client Manager är du kundernas rådgivare och kontaktperson och arbetar för att skapa engagerande och inspirerande marknadsföring, främst i sociala kanaler och genom event. Du kommer även arbeta nära influencers, e-sportprofiler och artister. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår bearbetning av media-, pr- och reklambyråer samt ett stort fokus på slutkunder i hela Norden. Tjänsten innefattar en fördjupad kunskap om våra kreatörer och kunder för att kunna utforma kreativa kampanjer, koncept och ambassadörsskap.
