CALVIN KLEIN – 50 YEARS

CHALLENGE

In celebration of Calvin Klein’s 50th birthday, CUBE GROUP together with PR & communications agency Patriksson was assigned to cast fashion influencers who could bring their own and unique interpretations of half a century of ‘unfiltered self-expression and provocation’.

The #CK50 capsule collection is acknowledging 50 years of iconic essentials and pop culture relevance by updated classic silhouettes with a modern twist, and iconic faces were selected to bring moments to life from five decades of the Calvin Klein spirit. 

SOLUTION

Alongside an ensemble of influential names such as Justin and Hailey Bieber, A$AP Rocky and Kendall Jenner, we secured two of Scandinavia’s most style-savvy creators that both have a strong and unique ability to capture the spirit of each brand and brief, this time through the lens of Calvin Klein in the 90’s: Danish power influencer/model Freja Wever and Swedish super stylist Julian Hernandez

Freja and Julian both find tons of fashion inspiration from the 90’s and its often simple, effortlessly cool stripped-back studio vibe, which is why the two’s picks naturally fell on the decade when Calvin Klein was the ultimate pop culture powerhouse. 

CUBE, together with Freja and Julian, could not be more thrilled to be part of this global, historical and multi-generational campaign. Enjoy!
