PR & Campaign Manager

The role

We are currently looking for a PR & Campaign Manager to strengthen our project management team. As PR & Campaign Manager, you will have a significant function for both clients and creators, and will have the opportunity to influence strategy and outcomes every day with a focus on growing our expertise and deepening our relationships.

You will work with your own clients, where you will conceptualize and deliver projects within PR and production, as well as take responsibility for the delivery of campaigns. Here you will become the link between client and creator to ensure a qualitative project and an insightful process from start to finish.

To succeed in this role, we want to see an applicant who can transform creative projects from idea to final delivery, as well as someone who can structure their work in an efficient way. You are a brainstormer, meticulous, good at communicating and have an eye for detail. You bring great importance to design and details as well as results and analysis and are curious about how your input affects the final outcome. Here, soft values around the content can be just as important, sometimes more important, than hard key figures such as reach. An eye for content, branding and relationships can therefore be decisive for delivery. A good relationship with customers, creators and colleagues is A-O and a basic prerequisite for success as PR & Campaign Manager at Cube. In this role you will...

  • Design ideas and concepts and implement projects in PR and production.
  • Be responsible for our clients and campaigns
  • Deliver assigned projects and campaigns in line with brief.
  • Act as a strategic sounding board for clients and ensure that we continuously optimize our clients’ campaign results to achieve expected results and outcomes.
  • Be responsible for reporting and analysis for your campaigns.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements of internal processes and efficiency between the various teams.
  • Ensure good cooperation and quality handovers in your clients’ teams.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and creators during delivery.

We are looking for an individual with…

  • 2-4 years of previous PR & social media experience, with a passion for influencer marketing and desire to become an expert in the field.
  • Ideally, previous experience from a PR agency & event management.
  • A post-secondary education in PR, digital marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills in conceptualizing PR activations such as events, PR mailings, etc.
  • A talent for creating mood boards to visually describe ideas/concepts with descriptive text
  • The ability to independently carry out PR activations according to budget and brief from A-Z.
  • A love for building relationships and understanding the importance of adapting communication to the receiver.
  • An enjoyment and talent for interpreting brands for the design of events and campaign materials.
  • A meticulous eye for detail.
  • The ability to structure work, as well as to follow set structure, design and a budget.
  • A drive for results, taking every chance for improvement.
  • A solution-oriented outlook, always finding new ways to progress.
  • An enjoyment for working in teams as well as being independent, and an ability to run their own projects.
  • A basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience from Asana, Google Analytics,  iWork and/or digital advertising is an advantage.
  • Fluent oral and written skills in English.
